I’m more than a little disappointed that you, of all people – the sort of writer who loves to dispel misconceptions – would perpetuate the myth that it was the cold weather at the inauguration. For shame, Nate! Even a casual look at history would make it clear that he didn’t become ill until 3 weeks after the event! And that it might have been cholera from the White House’s plumbing instead. 🙁
